One thing I can say about Blogger that has the advantage over WordPress is the fact that you can easily implement Adsense on your blogger account. I know a lot of you have heard of integrating your Google Adsense with blogger, I showed you that on one of my earliest posts, but this one is a bit different. This one is a bit more on the level of making commissions!!! Yes, you can now host products on your page and if people buy them, you can make some profits right on your page!
The first thing you have to get is a Google Adsense account. These days it might be a bit harder or easier on getting your own account, but you gotta realize there are always different ways you can achieve this feat. Once you are able to get an Adsense account, simply go to the right of your post in a section that says Gadgets. After you click that, you’ll go to a sub section that takes you to “Advertise Products”. From there, you can type in the little search box whatever product you are trying to promote. Like Amazon Affiliates, you’ll be able to pick whether or not you want a link or an image. The great thing about Google Affiliate Ads is that you can change the size of the display! You can easily make your image standout or kind of integrate naturally with your post. The choice is yours.
I’ve only implemented this feature since a day ago, so I haven’t made any commissions yet. However, I will definitely inform you all on my progress once I start seeing some purchases.
